About Me

Thank you for visiting my site!

I’m Anna Verghese, and over the last ten years, I’ve developed a real passion for helping small businesses and charities grow. I’ve been lucky enough to work with a wide range of organisations, ranging from pre-startups to international organisations, and across a broad spectrum of sectors and industries, including education, healthcare, food, and manufacturing. Projects I have facilitated range from product and service development, through to cultural change and industry transformation.

Each business, its staff and its needs are unique, and so I dedicate a lot of time to really understanding my clients’ requirements and constraints, to ensure that I can fully support them in finding the best way forward for their business.

As well as supporting organisations in planning for growth, and finding and applying for financial support to deliver it, I also believe that people are the fundamental basis for success. I can support you in gaining the confidence to move forward; and also find, and introduce you to external colleagues who might be able to help you achieve your vision. Once these relationships are established, I can work with you to make sure that where appropriate, they are nurtured to become long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships, both on- and offline.

Academically, I have a BA(Hons.) in French and Russian from the University of Exeter, and a Masters degree in Applied Management with Distinction from the University of Reading. I am also a graduate of the Digital Mums social media programme.

I would love to hear from you about your hopes and dreams for your business, and work with you to establish how best we can achieve them!
