was created in 2015 by Annabel James and Ruth Darrah to be the one stop shop for information and support, for anyone worried about or caring for their elderly parents or relatives.

Between February and May 2016, Age Space worked with Isanda to grow their presence on Facebook and Twitter, to increase the level of traffic to the Age Space Forum, and to support the launch of the company’s major research report Keeping Mum: The Unspoken Impact of Supporting Ageing Parents. Since September 2016, Isanda has supported Age Space in the launch and promotion of the company’s first local hub in Norwich, UK.

Key achievements to date include:

  • An increase in monthly reach from 14,600 to 82,000 (Twitter)
  • An increase in high quality followers from 574 to 1013 (Twitter)
  • An increase in Page Likes from 207 to 331 (Facebook)
  • An increase in social referrals to the Age Space site from 46 in February to 481 in December 2016.


Anna and Isanda have been fantastic for Age Space. They/She found our voice for us on social media. They are very proactive, and also respond really fast. A pleasure to work with.
